Minister for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Dr. Jitendra Singh launched CPGRAMS reforms in DoP. Now Citizens empowered to select a service category to pin point grievance to be lodged. 1.5 lakh Post Offices mapped to ensure expeditious navigation of complaints.
